When we opened it on 30 September 2026, the page greeted us with "Welcome to the VIP Club" and a promise of exclusive perks and first-class service. Below that sit the three Fast Track steps, a short list of advantages and a FAQ. It is a tidy page, and the useful part is that the route in is written down rather than hidden behind an invitation.
What the page does not do is publish tier names, point rates or cashback percentages. That is common for casino VIP schemes, where the better terms are personal and shared with the member once they are in. So this guide sticks to what Leon states in public, adds what the general terms say about withdrawals and bonuses, and marks clearly where you will need to look inside your own account for the exact figure.
For a New Zealand player the practical upside is simple. One deposit, not a running total
The Fast Track counts a single qualifying transaction. Two smaller payments that add up to the same amount do not meet step 3.
The regular route: playing your way up
Leon's VIP page lists Level-up Bonuses with the line "level up for bigger rewards", and its FAQ asks whether there are different VIP tiers. So status is something you move through, not a single switch. The criteria for climbing are not published, and we would rather tell you that than guess at a points table. The general terms give one hint: the top withdrawal tier covers players with cumulative deposits above a threshold as well as players with VIP status, so steady depositors reach the same cash-out limits over time. Which Games Count Towards VIP Perks

The first three rows are the headline perks, each with a one-line promise on the VIP page: access your winnings faster than ever, get more with every bet you make, and level up for bigger rewards. Exclusive Access and Luxury Rewards appear as headings next to Cash Advantages, without further detail, so read them as the part of the programme that is tailored to each member.
The last row is the one with the most weight behind it, because it comes from the general terms rather than a marketing page. Leon's withdrawal policy has three tiers based on deposit history, and the highest tier names VIP status directly, with limits that can be agreed by arrangement. Wagering on VIP Rewards in Plain Words

A few rules around the ladder are worth keeping in mind. Step 2 has to be finished, not just started. Check your profile for an ID status message. A blurry photo or a cropped document edge is the usual reason for a second request. Upload a clear, full image and wait for the confirmation.
Deposit split in two
The Fast Track counts one transaction. If your bank or wallet capped the payment and you topped up twice, the total may be right but step 3 is not met. Ask your bank to lift the limit for one payment, or pick a method that accepts the full amount.
Wrong currency
